Creative brand agency Superunion (formerly known as Brand
Union) announced the new hire of Prachawan Ketavan (Jick) as
Senior Strategy Director.
Jick will take on the leadership of Superunion’s strategic offering in
Bangkok as part of a global agency-wide transformation into a next-
generation brand agency. With more than 18 years of experience in
brand communication, her last role was as Director of Planning at J.
Walter Thompson.
Jick’s hire follows closely on the heels of the newly created role of
Managing Creative Director, taken on by Dan Ellis. Following 15-years with Brand Union, both Ellis & Jick share a
strong ambition to creatively transform and create brands for a new era of the agency.
The new roles build on the success already established by ex-Managing Director Gunpong Panthongprasert, who
is now Chief Executive, Ogilvy Thailand, and are supported by a powerful union of talent including Bonita Wu
(Strategy Director) and Kraitip Sivakriskul (Business Development Director). ◊
CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Frank Ip as Senior
Vice President, Global Business and Partnership, to further strengthen the company's continued
strong global growth.
Mr. Ip joins CITIC Telecom CPC as a Silicon Valley veteran, with over 25 years' experience within
the telecommunications and ICT industry including holding various executive positions at Huawei,
Black Lotus Communications and NSFOCUS. His previous roles spanned extensive international
Frank Ip operation experiences, strategic alliance and technology partnerships, and his expertise encom-
passes business development, sales management, technology areas, as well as financial planning.
In his new role at CITIC Telecom CPC, Mr. Ip will lead the expanding Global Business and Partnership team to
proactively address growing customer and market demand driven by the company's international business vision
and strategy. ◊
Australian search and digital agency, Online Marketing Gurus, has set its sights on global expansion, opening
new offices in Dallas, Texas and Singapore. The move is part of a fast growth trajectory for the award-winning
