              Dear Reader,
              Looking at the biggest technological breakthroughs of the past three years, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
              is  clearly  second  to  none.  It  found  its  way  into  almost  all  fields  of  business  activities  and  the
              marketing and communications industry respectively.

              Juniper  Research,  for  instance,  predicts  that  the  global  number  of  successful  retail  chatbot
              interactions will reach 22 billion by 2023, up from an estimated 2.6 billion in 2019, since chatbots can
              deliver  high  quality  user  experiences  in  a  low-resource  way,  boosting  customer  retention  and
              satisfaction  whilst  also  reducing  operating  costs.  In  fact,  it  is  anticipated  that  retailers  who  do  not
              adopt chatbots will face strong challenges from more technologically adept disruptors in the future.

              In  order  to  meet  customers'  ever-increasing  service  expectations,  AI  will  be  most  probably
              indispensable soon, since consumers expect everything to be delivered fast in a transparent way and
              customers concerns should be resolved in the blink of an eye.
