Gartner expects AI, digital platform and
immersive experiences to drive digital
business
As every year, we take a look at the newly released
Gartner Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies, espe-
cially since Gartner’s analysts identified three mega-
trends we are particularly interested in this month, name-
