Nomura provided financing for this strategic engagement and has also become a shareholder in the merged entity. The transaction will help the Digile Group deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to its clients with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, enabling the company to meet the evolving digitalization needs of businesses across the region.
